		<description>I thought I&#039;d let you know that a barrel lasts longer than polys or demis.  It&#039;s all a question of whether your beer is bright (without sediment) or live (with sediment).  A bright barrel or poly will only last a few days, whereas a proper &#039;live&#039; barrel can last for ages.  It is not uncommon for particularly good pubs to order their Christmas Ale the year before as stronger beers can last that long &amp; in fact improve with age.</description>
