Fullers HoneyDew – another sensational bottle, or just a silly name?

Fuller's Honey Dew

Fullers HoneyDew is one of those ales you would probably avoid because of its name. I only bought it because I bought every single ale that they sold on Ocado.

This was a very light – and very nice ale. And thank god it didn’t taste of honey. That would have sucked.

I’m really surprised that this was a 5.0% – because it didn’t taste at all strong. I could neck this one all day too.. although I would probably prefer something with a bit more bite.

Definitely another one for the Summer Ale category (hardly surprising given its name) – and definitely drinkable in quantity.

I’ll buy this one again – but then again – apart from Blandford Fly I have said this about nearly every bottle.
