Badger Golden Glory – lust for glorious?

Badger Golden Glory

Golden Glory is bordering on a summer ale for me.. it is a bit floral.. in fact it is very floral. It smells like a bowl of fruit.

I thought it had a real citrusy and melony (are they words – they are now !) tang to it.. then I checked the bottle and apparently it is a peach and melon.

This is very sweet and fruity.. but there is nothing wrong with that at all.. especially as I am also a big wine drinker..

This is another one of those ales that I could drink all day – I could definitely see a dustbin full of iced water and lots of Golden Glory bottles – would make a change from Stella and Heineken.

I wonder if your hardcore ale drinkers would agree – the bitter taste seems to be expected of ales these days.

For me, another good find. I have issues with its smell – but it tastes really good. Check it out!
